You acknowledge that the H2OnAlert System and all related information is confidential and proprietary to Intuitive Water Systems Inc., including the user interface as well as the logic, design, or structure of the system.
You may not disclose the user interface to any third parties or otherwise provide the benefit of the H2OnAlert System to any third parties. You may not attempt to determine the source code, nor modify, reprogram, translate, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer the H2OnAlert System.
You shall notify Intuitive Water Systems Inc. immediately of any unauthorized access or use of the H2OnAlert System.
